Well-maintained property with nicely maintained room. Increasing the staff count and having a full-time restaurant can make it one step ahead. Scope to improve linen cleanliness also exists. Making the double glazed windows sound proof may help in reducing the mild city noise further giving a very tranquil atmosphere.
