Hotel is food. Not much tourists. The room was not too spacious but ok. We were 3 persons and an extra cot was provided. The restaurant closes at 9pm which was the main issue we faced.

The room was neat, with basic amenities. The shower didn't function properly and the heater was not effective. The staff was polite. The restaurant was not too great. Not many options in the complimentary breakfast, considering it's a 5star hotel. Ok for a night.

We were on a family visit in punalur... Stayed a after a long journey near to a petrol pump ( name forgotten ) was very very poor... Next day we decided to change the room then went yo Kumar palace where we treated well by the staffs.check in was smooth... Except a " bar" rest every thing is Good.
