Very nice hotel with reasonable rates well within the city limits. Restaurants and bar are average but good for a normal guest.

Hotel front look was awesome, but the room, the toilet, dining areas are not up to the mark. Need to improve. The bed quality was not worth the money.

Food is excellent. Lack of periodic maintenance experienced, may be due to the long closure on lockdown period and still switching back to normal.

Food selection was limited probably because of existing conditions. Staff courtesy was excellent. Some problem with the shower functioning.

We faced a lot of issues at the hotel, the bed cover was not good i felt very itchy and asked them to change the bed sheets. All the furniture's were old and some broke or worn off. The bathroom was a horrible experience for me, the water was stinking we couldn't even wash our face or have a good bath after a long travel when asked the staff they said they had bleached the water and can't do anything about it. We used bottle water to wash face and use the commode. Everything has holes and washbasin cub boards were broken wish i could add pictures here

As said, its not good to stay as family. The food is nice. But over priced. The stay was bad. The shower was not working. Bathroom is clumsy and not clean. The view from the room is 'quite awful'. There is no locks from room. The swipe cards are for show. They use keys. The corridors are shabby. Stinky. The rooftop rrestrobar restaurant is nice of you are coming with friends but not with family. In short i didnt enjoy the stay. The complimentary breakfast was served in room as there was no restaurant setving/ arranged. There was no options as such. Pane-er paratha and appam was there for breakfast. And coffee & watermelon juice. For this while booking additional 500 was taken. Horrible. I checked in at night 8. And checked out at 9 itself.
