It's very peaceful and nice a**osphere. Staff's are very co-operative friendly. Good place for a nice family vacation.

Location of the property is very good. It is situated on the bank of ashtamudi lake and kallada river. It is a peaceful place, a great weekend getaway. There are boating and kayaking facilities. Would definitely recommend kayaking as it truly makes one appreciate just how beautiful the ashtamudi lake is. The food is good. The rooms are average and basic. There are some options of games like carrom, badminton, pool etc. Staff is courteous. All in all, it's a good place primarily for its location. A short weekend stay is definitely a good idea.

Name says it all resort is located where river meets the lake. It's beautiful property. One can have amazing view of ashtamudi lake and river both. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food served was yum. Resort has a beautiful garden. Resort is so beautiful that you would want stay here again.

Loved the location of the resort however food and execution of request needs improvement. The food was not at all good and seemed like ordering indian but getting chinese food! the staff were courteous however the speed of execution needs improvement. We were told 15 minutes for everything we ordered but ended up waiting for an hour with lack of authenticity. Overall good for location but bad for food

Rooms are good with decent amenities. Good location to spend an evening with family. The resort will arrange boats and other activities for reasonable price.

Worth staying here, hospitality is great and there's some space for sports activities like cricket, shuttle and carrom too. Your kids will also have a great time here, early morning canoeing is a bliss here, don't miss that.

Pros: location with beautiful sunset and sunrise views cons: stay was more like home-stay than resort with no swimming pool and no buffet breakfast. You may have to literally fight for food.
