We are happy to share the experience in hotel leela ashatamudi, raviz, kollam. The ambience, house keeping of the room and the the surroundings are excellent. The food served is tasty and we wish to come back again.

Although the room was spacious and well kept, the bathroom was not at all appreciable. The tiles on the wall were dirty and the bathroom was not clean to the mark of a 5 star property. There was a stink in the bathroom.

While going to bed saw the bed sheet is dirty, they chnaged in mid night after 45 min. Again when i went to sleep on bed the new bad sheet placed was dirty again ***** with bed. Finally they chnaged the room at 1 mid night. Unfortunately that was horrible room where light were going on and off for whole night. I called in morning to engineers he said some automation issue in the room. My pint why room was allotted in this case to.

Nice and clean rooms. Had booked two grand heritage lake facing rooms through make my trip. Good view of the lake and swimming pool. I had travel-led with my mom who is a senior citizen and they ensured that she was comfortable all through the stay. We had all our meals at their restuarant and the restaurant manager and all others in the restaurant used to be constantly checking with us on our requirements. Except for the buffet breakfast, all our other meals were a-la-carte and they food quality and service was exceptional. Bijil, ajesh, binoy, christopher, nitin and belliappa in the restaurant took care that we did not face any trouble and made my mom feel very comfortable

Location was great. It was by the backwaters and the main lobby and the rooms have great views. Food was decent. As it is with kerala hotels there was more thing in most of the chutneys and sambar. Also being vegetarian there is limited menu. However the food was very good.

Never imagined this stay at the leela, ashtamudi would be such a wonderful mind-blowing experience. Loved every minute bit of it right from the cordial welcome to food, stay, staff and the property as a whole.
