A wonderful property. With pleasant and welcoming staff. Ms leeba made sure our stay was comfortable. The view from the rooms were good. The poolside villa was wonderful experience for our family. I as able to steer houseboat when we went for cruise in it. Breakfast buffet could be improved. Otherwise an amazing trip.

Very scenic place with well maintained. Really loved the way they treat the guests. Well maintained pool facility, indoor games etc. Breakfast was included and was tasty. The property is around 6 acres of land. Children will love the place. Good place to plan day out Highly recommended

We stayed 1 night at The Fragrance Nature and was well received in traditional Indian way. Our rooms were upgraded to a private villa. It was spacious, clean with good confirm. We had views to the lake and the swimming pool. We also had a couples Ayurveda massage and was well pampered. Staff and management were very respectful and courteous. Highly recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Fragrant Nature Backwater Resort and Ayurveda Spa, Paravur, Kollam. • Friendly and accommodating staff, greeting us with a smile whenever we meet them and always willing to help with the smile intact. • We stayed in the Premium lake view villa and the room is spacious and clean with all the amenities required. A separate living room with dining space and a private balcony with the lake view apart from the bedroom with attached bathroom which is equally clean. • We had a complimentary boat ride and breakfast with the Premium Lake view villa. • The swimming pool is very clean and family friendly with different water level depending on the height of the people and a separate area allocated with less water level for kids. • The food is delicious with variety of options from sea food to meals. • We also opted for the Abhyanga Swedha Spa and we had a soothing and relaxing experience. The Spa has a calm and comfortable environment and the therapists are really good at their work. One disappointing experience during our stay was that we were expecting a speed boat ride while we planned our stay at the resort seeing the reviews; however, the speed boat was given for maintenance apparently and they did not have an alternative for it. Apart from this one experience everything else is commendable. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience we had at the resort. We are truly grateful for their cooperation and all the service that they had rendered. We would definitely recommend the resort to our friends and relatives. An enjoyable and comfortable stay.
