Beautiful location. Especially the view from the room is very pleasing. But disappointed with the service. The moment we reached the hotel with our luggage there was nobdy to help us transfer the stuffs to our room. Room was clean but one of our rooms were really small to place an extra bed fr the third person. Food was average but not ready on time. Overall experience was just ok considering the amount we payed (15k fr two room per night. They can definitely do better.

The stay was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight is the view from the room, if you have selected a sea facing room.

I had a very comfortable stay for one night in the quilon beach hotel with family in may 2023. We had a very pleasant stay. The lobby is very spacious and tidy. Enough room to accommodate any number of guests. The lifts are tidy and fast. Rooms look elegant. Food is very tasty and all the staff are very courteous, kind and hu***e.

The hotel was fantastic! the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a wonderful stay!

✓ Stay was only average compared to other 5 star hotels. ✓ We took break fast which was complimentary. Food was below average -both Indian cuisines and English breakfast. Even the cutting of the fruits included in the menu was not proper. ✓ We booked a Deluxe room and when in hotel, they provided an interconnecting room. At around 10'o clock at night we received a call from reception stating to lower the t.v volume as it's a disturbance for the other roomates. We have taken the room to enjoy at our maximum, so we were very much disappointed and would never recommend the hotel to anybody.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, doesn't deserve to be a 5 star, at max an average 4 star hotel. Did not refill water bottles, had to ask n on check out asked me to pay for pista which we didn't consume.

As a frequent traveller, i consider this hotel average. Being an old property this needs some upgradation and renovation. Water quality should also be tested. Staff are ok.
