after entering the hotel, the gentleman who worked at the reception - it seemed that he was not interested in me - was doing something on the computer; only after I said hello did he leave the computer - it was not a cordial reception; apart from that, the breakfast and the service in the breakfast room were definitely a plus; nice hotel - the occupancy was quite low, so it was quiet - which was very important to me.

Perfect facility! I recommend it with a clear conscience. Clean, modern and very functional. Well-equipped room.

I was on a trip with a group of friends. Everybody was happy. Among others from breakfast, service, spa area, room, proximity to the sea. We will definitely come back here again;)

Food fantastic. Lokalization superb. But then lot of issues - missing towels in swimingpool, loud music late night from some conferency, different informations at reception vs reality. I was two years ago at nearby hotel and there was no issues like that...

Great hotel. Delicious food and very good service that tries to help at every step. I was with the children during the winter holidays and I must admit that I have never come across such wonderful animations from which my children did not want to leave. Mrs. animator and Mr. animator are people created for this job. In addition to the animation, I would also like to distinguish the Instructor from the climbing wall (Mr. shorter, unfortunately I do not remember the name). A very motivating, supportive man who gets along with kids. Pools, spa, restaurants and rooms very nice, clean and tidy. Big advantage - clothes dryer, iron and board in the room. The beach at your fingertips which is a huge advantage and the distance from the center is small. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

We choose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The reviews were good. The hotel can not handle basic services. First - hotel is selling spa treatments which the spa is not providing anymore, second- during Saturday evening meal you will be treated as a second class quest because there will be much more valuable groups attending meal time, third- do not expect your coffee/tea supplies provided in your room unless you will ask a reception desk in the morning, and mostly annoying - the front desk has no idea how to check you out. I was told that I need to pay more, because "some of the services are charged with 8% VAT and other with 23% VAT - so computer said I owe money", I did not agree with that. Then I was told that " system arranged my payment in different way and that is why I am in debt". I refused again. So front desk employee went and ask a hidden colleague and I was told I am clear, got my parking ticket to get out and I left. About an 1 hr later I got a call from hotel - I owe money for sure! All in all, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes a stress free break.

Friendly staff and good restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and our electric car charged full for our next trip to Gdańsk. In the restaurant food was special and tasty. Service was great. Good staff!! Suggest to stay and visit!

The hotel is great. Very spacious room with balcony, comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom with all needed facilities. Parking available, what is really important, especially during peak season. A bit long lasting check-in, needed to queue for approx. 20 minutes. There was a package delivery arranged to be picked up by the reception desk and when I came to pick it up from the reception - it appeared that the package disappeared. Finally it was found, but there was a bit if stress. Last weak point was the breakfast organisation during pandemic. Restaurant simply didn't deal with sanitary restrictions and the amount of hotel guests. That should be improved. But general opinion is very positiv, nothing to regret about the room or location. Will definitely come back when again in Kołobrzeg.

Top hotel

Beautiful location right on the promenade and the sea. Nice big room with balcony. Extensive breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool were good. Staff at the reception and service staff in the pizza bar are very annoyed and unfriendly. Far away from the center.

Check-in has become very lengthy and annoying. The staff are helpful and friendly, with one exception at reception. Otherwise everything is good as usual. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Unfortunately there are no more loungers in the swimming pool, only plastic chairs. The garage and parking spaces are now too expensive.

The facility is very close to the sea. Great breakfasts, lunches, dinner. A great gym. Unfortunately, the swimming pools are not very clean, which can be confirmed by my son's allergic reaction during his stay and a visit to the doctor. Generally - I recommend it because of the approach to the customer (except for one accident at the swimming pool where the lady informed that the towel collected after 3 p.m. should be left in the room until the next day...). Great climbing wall, great animations for children - alpacas, pizza baking. Good quality products on the bar - pizza, drinks, beer. Great idea: two food trucks in front of the hotel, next to the promenade.

Very comfortable hotel. Fantastic animations for children. First class swimming pool and saunas. Gym and sports attractions for adults. A plus for food trucks near the hotel. Location right by the sea. Bike rental is more expensive than the one on the promenade.

Wonderful family holiday in the apartment. The food, service, spa, reception, treatments, gym, children's entertainment and surroundings were all top notch. The only downside is that you have to ask for the rooms to be cleaned every day; if you don't do this, no one will come. Parking is available in the underground car park or outside the hotel for an overpriced fee. The price could be reduced a little here.
