Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist es völlig inakzeptabel: Es riecht unangenehm im Raum – vielleicht ist das eine Art Desinfektion, aber so sollte es nicht sein. Nur eine freie Steckdose am Tisch. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Tee, nur eine bescheidene Menge Kaffee. Auch das Messer fehlt. Es gibt keine Servietten in der Toilette. Die Tür zum Badezimmer sah aus, als wäre sie zerbissen worden. Das Frühstück ist nur am Wochenende mehr oder weniger normal. An Wochentagen gibt es eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Gerichten. Ein Orangengetränk ist nicht dasselbe wie Orangensaft. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Orangensaft. Man kann die Mängel lange aufzählen, aber es hat keinen Sinn. Vielleicht entsprach das Hotel einmal dem 4-Sterne-Niveau, aber das ist lange her. Das Personal hätte zum Teil ein bisschen geduldiger mit den Gästen umgehen können und nicht auf den überpünktlichen Feierabend fixiert sein sondern mehr gastfreundlich sein.

Great location , just 250m from the sea, You can relax in spa , go to the gym , play squash or swim in the pool / relax in sauna so there are a lot of possibilites to spend time. Actually there are a lot of hotels in Kołobrzeg but i felt the i'm paying normal money for quite good hotel.

Firstly, Let’s start with advantages: *delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Quite a broad variery of food you can chose from. Sweet and high quality of fruits! *very big kids club we could spend a lot of time with our daughter. Animations for children and adults 3times a day! *clean and big swimming pool with space for small children *the room itself was spacious and clean And disadvantages: *no air conditioning in rooms...which made it difficult to sleep *we had a room next to the hotel cafe and it was so noisy in the late evenings...lodu music around 10pm *uncomfortable beds

The friendliness of the staff clearly left a lot to be desired, a broken hotel room door was not repaired within four days, and repeatedly showing the room card and a hotel ID card both when eating and in the bathing and wellness area was really tiring.
Cleaning service for the room only consisted of changing towels and providing two small bottles of water.
After the child had vomited in the room and the cleaning service had to be called, two ladies came and clearly expressed their displeasure about what had happened by constantly repeating Polish swear words. Ultimately, it remains a child-friendly hotel with good facilities, but compromises have to be made in terms of the friendliness of the staff and the cleaning service.

This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples:
Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either.
The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33).
The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming.
The personel was not service minded and half of them did not speak neither English, nor German.
Not worth 4 stars if you ask me.

We were there at the end of May. It grabbed my back. We waited two days for a doctor or an ambulance to be called. I had to leave one day earlier. The money was not returned overnight. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The request for help was completely ignored.

Poorly! The food was terrible - I pointed out to the waitress that one of the dishes was sour and inedible... so she turned around and left, the rooms - and I was supposedly in the best apar**ent - needed a general renovation. The carpets are so dirty that you can't even stand in your socks. The furniture is battered, the sofa is impossible to sit on because it slides open immediately. Unmotivated staff - we tried for two days to arrange coffee in the room. The only plus is the location. With such an offer of accommodation, I will definitely not come back to Hotel Diva!
