Ночь с 24 на 25 октября мне обошлась болне 200 евро из за 2 броней в общем меня ввели в заблуждение и я бронировал дважды а в возрате средств отказали , вернее кормили обещаниями до последнего...

The facilities were good and the view was nice. I received the spa service, but it's a pity that the time was short, but the child and our couple were satisfied. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall it was satisfactory for the price.

Zimmer sehr schön. Frühstück und Abendessen Buffet gut. Getränke zum Essen nur Säfte, Wein, Wasser bei HP inklusive. Lage perfekt, alles zu Fuß möglich. Sehr nettes Personal. Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt. Karlsbad ist eine Reise wert.

The location is great, and the staff is excellent, friendly, and always ready to help. The restaurant staff is fantastic, and the food is always fresh, though I would appreciate a greater variety of dishes. The SPA team is amazing, with all procedures carried out on time and with professionalism. We highly recommend this hotel!

Communication was a major issue. I had sent several emails prior to my arrival to confirm my booking and request some additional amenities, but I never received a reply. This lack of responsiveness continued throughout my stay, making it difficult to get any assistance or information when needed. Overall, while the location of this hotel is convenient, the unprofessionalism of the staff and the poor communication overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. Hospitality should be at the core of any hotel experience, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short in that regard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stress-free and welcoming environment.

Das Zimmer und das Ambiente waren okay, Schwimmbad okay , Sauna gut, das Frühstück schlecht Eier egal ob gekocht oder Spiegelei hart und Blau, Parkplatz 20 € pro Tag, Tai Massage war sehr sehr gut gutes Ambiente Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage ist unschlagbar

we had one of the best rooms, nr. 310 with view on the promenade, a large room with separate WC and bath. Very nice receptionist, there is a parking space on the hill behind teh hotel with an extra gate to the 4th floor. You have to pay for using the parking, the hotel is situated directly on the riverpromenade Tepla

L'emplacement est idéal si vous n'avez pas de voiture, ce qui était notre cas. Malgré une petite façade, l'hôtel est immense et s'apparente à un labyrinthe. La décoration est tout à fait correcte. Notre suite était grande et confortable avec un bémol au niveau de la climatisation, pas vraiment au top malgré la quasi canicule. La partie sauna/piscine/massage est vraiment agréable. Le petit déjeuner est gâché par la qualité médiocre de certains produits. Il faut payer pour avoir un véritable expresso et le jus d'orange en machine est immonde. Il faut aussi se battre avec les hordes de retraités russes qui colonisent l'hôtel pour avoir une table et pouvoir se servir. À cause de cela, nous n'avons pas mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel durant notre séjour. Le café Dvorak offre un service médiocre. Suite à ma réservation, j'ai été victime d'une tentative de fraude de paiement à la carte disposant de toutes les informations de ma réservation à l'hôtel. J'ai heureusement bloqué ce paiement mais l'hôtel a superbement ignoré mes questions à ce propos.
