位於列寧格勒市郊的科爾皮諾衞星城，小城有歷史，環境優美，治安很好。這是小招待所，但可以停車，可以做飯，環境安靜。比較乾淨。衹是不豪華高級，適合青年自助遊和長期在列寧格勒商務出差，節省成本，但是最好有車。
