12/31に宿泊しました。 基本的にスタッフが少ない。 段取りが悪い。 食事処が寒すぎる。 食事は普通。お造りは美味しかった。 年越しそばがぬるい。薄い。柚子風味のお出汁だったのに。 部屋の壁が薄いのか上の階、両隣りの足音水の音が煩い。コレは最悪。 色んなグッズに部屋番号ついているのだが、合っていない。 お風呂はよかった。 大浴場✖️2、部屋の露天風呂 でも大浴場のアメニティーなど減らしているなら説明書きをもっとふやすべきかな？ まめに掃除入らないなら、客が自由に使えるワイパーとかおいて欲しい。 毛だらけです。 HISの傘下に入ってグランドオープンして間もないようですが、スタッフの皆さん、忙しそうですが笑顔で対応していただきました。 経費削減がありありと分かるお宿でした。 なので、昔の辻のや花の庄のイメージは払拭した方が良いと思います。
