Everything of this hotel is perfect. Especially the room is very spacious and the location is very confortable. Breakfast is not really big but enough to eat

指定した部屋を予約したのに、その部屋が工事などてきとうな言い訳をして違う部屋を用意された。
こちらが指定したホ部屋ではないとクレームをして部屋をアップグレードしてくれた。バレないなら汚い部屋のままで誤魔化そうとする姿勢が嫌な気分でした。
その他サービス業としてお客をもてなすという気持ちが上層部の人間には感じられない。
