Then, it was difficult to understand when the men's and women's baths changed due to the lack of explanation. Also, there was only a sign for ``Men's Bath'' and no sign for ``Women's Bath.'' I think there should be a sign at the exit to the breezeway to tell you whether it's the "men's bath" or the "women's bath" at the current time.・There seemed to be a lack of manpower.

I like Yunoyama Onsen and stayed at many places, but this place was really the worst. As everyone has written, the customer service of men is terrible, and above all, spiders! I thought that the spiders in the bath were still coming from outside, but there are spiders in the room! Moreover, there were two that were about 10 centimeters in diameter. I will never go there again and it is impossible even if it is really free. i can't sleep i'm scared
