很開心選了這家的溫泉旅館！
工作人員服務非常貼心，入館和離開時除了有預約專車接送外，還有人特地出來迎接客人。
設施方面也使人喜出望外，除了有基本的飲料和小食供給，還有免費diy 爆谷的體驗，很適合小孩嘗試動手製作。旅館裏還有攝影師為客人拍下到訪回憶，贈送相片手信給客人帶回家中。
露天風呂與旅館有一段距離，在山中的位置，可以一邊欣賞大自然的風光，一邊享受天然溫泉，好不寫意！

The hotel had a very unique traditional design styles.
All the staff are so thoughtful and indeed its feels like a home when staying in there.

チェックインからのおもてなしは良かったです。また、ロープウェイのチケットが安く買え、駐車料金もセーブ出来ました。雨で露天風呂行けなかったのが残念でした。

期待以上の部屋、おもてなし、朝食。大満足でした。
駅への送迎も親切で景色もよく見えました。以前にカビ臭くバストイレが黒ずんでいるところに行ってガッカリした経験がありましたので、今回はリニューアルされた清潔なバストイレに感激しました。また利用したいです。

スタッフさんの対応はよいが、あちこちカビ臭く不愉快。施設が古いのは理解するが、それを、カバーしようとか、改善しようとする意識が感じられない。朝食も温かいおかずがない。

Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing.
We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own.
The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect.
