The staff was not helpful. We got delayed by about 45 minutes going into the park because we bought our tickets through the hotel and when we got to the park to enter they said the tickets had not been sent over correctly. When my husband returned to the hotel to address this the staff was not helpful. We had lots of live ants in our bed and the quality of breakfast was poor.

Nice pool to relax in and hotel is right at the park gate so location is excellent. Great dinner at the hotel. Room was a bit dated but clean.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and amazing staff. It is located next to the entrance to the Krka waterfall park. The breakfast was great too.

The big asset is its location at the entrance to the KRKA park. The hotel also offers entry tickets with a 25% reduction. It's a real plus when you know that the entry ticket is 40 euros per person. Another positive point, the pleasant swimming pool with good dimensions. On the less positive side, the rooms deserve to be updated. Furthermore, the room does not have a minibar, safe or coffee kettle. It is true that we are in a three-star hotel... whose price is close to a four-star. We were in a very large superior suite with two toilets, one of which is independent of the bathroom. Pleasant surprise on our arrival, we found that the bathroom included a shower and a spa bath, too bad the latter did not work. We stayed two nights in this hotel and cleaning was not done for the 2nd night. Finally, the breakfast was average with a hot drinks dispenser that needs improvement (water instead of milk, cappuccino without milk, a curious chocolate coffee drink... undrinkable). An average hotel that could offer better comfort with a few improvements.
