Excellent vintage hotel in a unique location on the Eifelsteig. Very hospitable hostess, well-kept rooms, excellent cuisine, cozy bar and very extensive breakfast buffet. It is a classic family hotel in authentic German hunting style. Despite a lack of staff, they manage to keep the standard high. Highly recommended!

Na 3 jaar weer eens langs geweest. Het meubilair buiten was eindelijk nieuw. Geen plastic stoeltjes meer. Nu er voor het eerst gegeten. Varkensschnitzel met patat en salade. Alles zag er goed en vers uit. Vlees was wat vet gebakken. Salade was lekker en ook vers. Jong meisje in de bediening was super vriendelijk en prettig. Verder is het er erg Duits en zeer verouderd. Uitzicht geweldig en ligt aan diverse mooie wandelwegen. Je moet om 18 uur binnen zijn om te eten. Keuken open tot 19 uur. Zeer beperkte kaart. Om 21 uur is alles weg en donker. Dat is in oktober. In de zomer zal het anders zijn. Moeder van 82 jaar staat in de keuken.
