建物、設備は古いですが、清潔感があり、お部屋はとても快適でした。浴衣のサイズも豊富。和室ですが、ベット（セミダブルツイン）、ダイニングテーブルがありました。食事も工夫されていて目にも美しく、量もちょうど良くてとても美味しくいただけました。ウェルカムドリンクで、生ビール無料は嬉しかった。駅からもとても近いので、電車利用の方にはおすすめです。

館内要所に生花が飾ってあり、おもてなしという意味で

All the dishes made with Fukushima ingredients were very delicious and the portions were plentiful, making me very satisfied! The inside of the hotel has been renovated and is very clean. My skin is now smooth thanks to the hot spring! As for the amenities, there was a skin care set from DHC for overnight stays, which was very useful. There was a welcome drink service, and I felt comfortable from start to finish.

ほぼ満足
若いスタッフが多くて、教育は行き届いてるなと感じた。ただ食事出しのチェックをしないのか出し忘れがあり催促した。担当のお客様以外のテーブルの状況は気にしない体制なのかなと思う。ベテランが1人居て全体のお客様の食事の状況を遠目にチェックし、指示を出すと良いと思う

とても良いお湯！
露天風呂付のお部屋に宿泊。部屋食である事をよく確認せず予約してしまい、正座やあぐらが出来ない主人の希望で、広いテーブルではなく掘りごたつにお料理を並べていただきありがとうございました。お料理は化学調味料不使用とのことで、優しいお味で自分好みで美味しくいただきました。
温泉も化粧水の様に滑らかでスベスベになり、熱すぎず気持ちよくてつい長湯してしまいました。
お布団が固めなのか薄めなのか…腰痛持ちの主人にはキツかったようです。
ただ、総じて良いお宿でした♪♪

スタッフの皆さん（警備の方も）が素晴らしいです。受付の女性の方が話しやすくてとても良かったです。食事も大変満足です。子供用の食事も想像を超えていて驚きました。（普通のお子様ランチ程度かと想定してました）小学生２人の子供たちも大満足でした。貸切風呂も気持ちよかったです。館内がキレイで安心して過ごせました。また必ず行くと思います。受付の方、覚えていてくれると嬉しいです。
