Hôtel à éviter Rien ne va dans cet hôtel qui se dit club . Animation inexistante , repas comme à la cantine, ménage très très limite, literie désastreuse, personnel très froid je pense qu’il n’aime pas les français. Conclusion n’allez pas dans cet hôtel c’est une arnaque.

C’est pas un hôtel c’est une colonie de vacances 3bus de collégiens en plus des clients Donc resto bruyant Cris courses dans les couloirs et ceci jusqu’à plus de minuit insupportable Côté restaurant denrées bas de gamme et vu la présentation des mets ça n’arrange rien De notre côté chambre moquette tachée, couette à notre arrivée sale pleine d’urine sûrement Heureusement changée sans difficulté Sommier cassé et matelas de petite facture donc mal au dos durant une semaine et un mur à la réception qui campe sur ses positions et refuse de nous changer de chambre Bref ATROCE

Accueil froid, les français ne sont apparemment pas les bien venus. Personne ne parle français à la réception. Restauration cantine, insipide, si vous voulez avoir le choix il faut arriver dès l'ouverture soit 19 h ou 12h30, car après plus rien les "classes vertes" sont passées avant vous....il sont bruyants et désagréables et très mal élevés . la nourriture style cantine... les boissons infectes. La correspondante francophone inexistante, incompétente, des excursions étaient prévues et elles ont été annulées sans aucune explication alors qu'elles étaient payées et prévues dans le contrat de vente, aucune possibilité de bouger, affaire à suivre car on ne va pas en rester là. soi disant pas d'autres français une grande menteuse cette Valentina, correspondante francophone... Nous avons rencontré d'autres français bizarrement ... Valentina n'est pas à la hauteur de ses fonctions, elle devrait changer de métier... L'hôtel vendu comme un "hôtel Club" la encore grosse déception ce n''est absolument pas un hôtel club, aucune animation sauf une personne avec une pauvre enceinte et un PC qui met un peu de musique et qui reste assis sur sa chaise ... Des vacances désastreuses..et des soirées moroses. Les chambres et le service du jamais vu, salle de bains jamais nettoyé en une semaine, les serviettes non changées, il a fallu en réclamer auprès de l'accueil, la moquette sale, les appliques tâchées les lits pas fait, JUSTE poubelle salle de bains vidée et remise du papier toilette. Heureusement que nous avons rencontré des français pour la fin de notre séjour. le seul point positif la plage à proximité, la piscine et la ville de Biograd. DES VACANCES GACHEES et la DECOUVERTE DE LA CROATIE INEXISTANTE. CET HOTEL VENDU COMME UN HOTEL CLUB EST UNE PUBLICITE MENSONGERE... HOTEL A EVITER SI VOUS RECHERCHEZ UN PEU D AMBIANCE.
