Just returned from a 10 day break on a half board basis. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and there is access via shuttle bus to good local beaches. The staff are wonderful and they are what makes this place so special. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are helpful and kind to guests. We loved the dining experience and the food was excellent whilst enjoying panoramic sea views from the restaurant. They have high level of repeat customers and it is clear to see why. Thank you for making our stay so special.

This was our second time staying here and I must say it just gets better! Georgia, who is an excellent host couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff go above and beyond. Our room was always cleaned to a very high standard, best air con ever! The restaurant was excellent amazing choice of wine. Beach days are the best free transport there and back, amazing beach with Crystal Clearwater and very comfortable beds only €10 for two all day plus waiter service this really is 5star! The only negative issue was having to say goodbye But will definitely be returning next year! Thanks you Georgia and to all the team for an amazing holiday…

Fantastic hotel, great staff and stunning location. This was our second visit and once again we had a tremendous time. The hotel is in a beautiful location, perfect to relax and unwind. The nearby beaches and restaurants were superb, with the shuttle service to the beach a great service - Jerry the driver is brilliant. The team at breakfast were happy and incredibly helpful and really looked after us. It’s the team that makes Camvillia, happy and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. A great base to visit the stunning surrounding towns. We will be back.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing staff team - nothing is too much trouble. Stayed in a spacious and comfortable suite with stunning views across the olive groves and gulf. We fell in love with the village with its quirky mini market and (soon to be two) restaurants. The beach was gorgeous - soft sand and crystal clear water - great for snorkelling….and the trip with Gerry was always entertaining! Akti bar is also lovely for lunch or evening meal and loungers were €10 for 2 people. We hired a car for €25/day for a few days to explore a little further, which was delivered to the hotel - great service from Too Easy car rentals. The area reminded me of the Greece I encountered over 40 years ago - rustic, friendly and still off the main tourist track, but with all the creature comforts at the hotel. Met some really lovely people - and we will certainly be back. Tha sa dor meta Camvillia!

must warn you in advance this is going to be a long one, there are pros and cons I will start with the pros first, it will be the shortest! The pool and view stunning, most of the staff lovely and the shuttle to the beach is brilliant, in the area you have one little shop, which i christened Arkwrights because it literally was open all hours, and one little Taverna called Evli, basic but nice food, its like going back 50 years Now for the complaints It started with our executive sea view room, it felt like going into a basement, i did mention it straight away to Georgia, who told me in no uncertain terms, “You have a balcony” Georgia herself needs to go on a customer hospitality course, quickly, i found her unhelpful and quite rude at times I would class it a partial sea view because the trees where blocking it when sitting down, i have included photographs, room 203 The toilet bowl was stained, the shower underfoot was disgusting, see photos You are allocated one bottle of water in your room on arrival, and that is it, ALL 5 star hotels i have stayed in replace that bottle every day You have 2 sticks of coffee in your room, if you want more you have to go to reception everyday, this is not a 5 Star service, no replacement of toilet roll, i had to walk over the car park to reception one morning for a toilet roll, again not 5 star service! No milk pods in room, and the mini bar price list is there with wine on, but the wine was never put in the fridge, personally i think it is because they can make more money at the bar charging ridiculous prices! No pack in room with the usual local information you would expect, again not 5 star ! I did speak to the jet2 rep and she told me that the hotel was going to speak to me directly about the restaurant issues i had, Georgia had plenty of opportunity but she seemed to prefer to hide! The drinks are very very expensive, a glass of wine, small measure, was 9 Euro, a bottle at dinner 30 Euro, 2 ouzos, small measure 20 Euro, absolutely no atmosphere in the bar area at night because people with any sense where not prepared to pay the over inflated prices, which was a shame because it was a nice area with a wonderful view. Now the Restaurant! I did email the hotel prior to going and they assured me they catered! For the full 10 days the menu was the same, except with a couple of exceptions, that was after i spoke to Georgia on the third night to ask her to arrange the kitchen to do something different and frankly edible, like moussaka, which they did, even tho she said I wouldn’t be able to eat it as gluten free people cant eat potatoes ! I told her to google what gluten free meant , the kitchen did do a gluten free version The only other addition they did was add two gluten free appetisers, an octopus dish and a cheese pie, i asked the waiter to check with the kitchen, both NOT gluten free, they could have quite easily put someone in hospital! Georgia also lied to me telling me the menu was changed approximately

This is a superb five star hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful at all times. The infinity pool is stunning. We were given a free upgrade on our room which was so kind. The views from our room and the hotel in general were amazing. Our stay for a week was so relaxing and so very enjoyable.

This resort could easily be five stars... The setting is stunning, it's peaceful and very quiet. The pool area is gorgeous and the rooms are spotless. The beds are outstanding and so comfortable and I speak as someone with a bad back!! Neither too firm or too soft but really comfortable and supportive. The staff are truly wonderful.. They were so kind and keen to help. We so enjoyed meeting them and they made our stay memorable in so many ways. The location is out of the way and we managed happily for 14 days using the great local taxi guy in the evenings and going to the lovely beach which is close to paradise. But... The restaurant is a very mixed and has a MAJOR issue with any special diets. At breakfast the staff were so helpful and Accomodation my wife's allergy to certain fruits. But management provided nothing for non dairy diets ( I had no alternative to milk or yogurt), they struggled to accommodate people we met who were gluten free and they had no idea about cross contamination of food and need for separate cutlery. Anyone with dietary restrictions should think very carefully. I tried several times to make requests but gave up!.. as did others. The restaurant in the evening was surprisingly poor quality and I gather the dietary issues continued for many but we avoided after the first occasiion. They claim to be a 5 star hotel with a world class restaurant. They really neither need to up their game on this Other little things at breakfast would be nice eg seeds, dried fruit, granola, smoked salmon. But obviously not essential! The room was spotless, large and comfortable. But be aware the executive rooms have a Seaview often obscured by trees. Most do not have a walk in shower that may or may not be an issue. I had heard the suite rooms ( without pool) had a perfect view. Finally there was a private beach issue.. This did not exist for most of our stay which was fine as the free nearby beach by akti taverna was close to paradise. Really comfortable recliners and just perfect. An entertaining return short trip on the shuttle with Gerry was perfect. When the private beach opened, it's in a less shady location, on less comfortable recliners and they charge extra!! My tip is to ask to be dropped at Akti beach.
