The hotel was conveniently located with several restaurants in walking distance. The staff was helpful. Omelets were made to order at breakfast. However, there was very little fresh fruit, only orange slices everyday (we stayed here twice, before and after our drive boat trip). Kayaks were fun for $20/day with excellent areas to explore. Wi-Fi was good in the room but spotty in the lobby.

Very good hotel, with a wonderful private beach, kayaking, snorkeling, the seabed is very wonderful, although the room facilities are a bit old, but the private beach snorkeling is definitely worth the price

We have been returning to this property many times over the past 20 years, The breakfast has declined in selection and taste. Further for people traveling from the US they should take into account the horrible flight schedules and adjust their prices accordingly.

Overpriced for a dated hotel. It was a bit annoying that a Bentley and Rolls Royce blocked the entry to the hotel on a daily basis. The food was mediocre at best and expensive. However, the front desk was helpful and polite.

We rate Very Good only for all the exceptional, helpful, professional, always smiling staff. We had chosen this hotel (on the side of the road and not very pretty) for its cheaper price than the Royal resort which was our preference but by staying two days less it would have been equivalent (because 10 days at Sea Passion is a long time if we do not do daily outings). The small private beach is very pretty and very well maintained.. like the entire hotel, it is impeccably clean.. on the other hand, snorkeling in front of the beach is quite disappointing, the corals are dead. Our arrival at the airport was disrupted because the shuttle booked by email was not there and the person who came to us as a taxi charged us $80 to go to Sea Passion. Breakfast is only Chinese. No pastries.

Lovely hotel surrounded by beautiful waters! The staff are so friendly (as are all the people of Palau we’ve noticed). Food is delicious and varied. We loved kayaking and snorkeling all around; amazing how many fish there are just here in the lagoon.
Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely staff here again!!!

This place served as an expensive pit stop stay for us - thanks for the hot water and room but everything else janky. They win with their location (private beach , next to the marina , next to a decent bar ) but fail at all else. Their hospitality was the worst - a bunch of non - Palauans at the desk . Rude and not welcoming at all. Talked about us in Tagalog - surprise ! I knew what you were saying. Charges you every chance they get . Food was edible but nothing special. And my all time favorite ? Giving us a ride to the airport knowing damn well it was closed (yes the airport closes). Needless to say I won't be coming back.

Very extensive breakfast buffet. But a lot of cooked food (e.g. potato gratin, fish fingers, chicken nuggets, stuffed cabbage). Almost every day a chef prepares eggs to order (omelette, scrambled eggs, fried eggs).
