Well, the location is okay, directly at the Main Street in Koror, with small shops, a shopping mall and food stores nearby. The Staff was very friendly & accommodating and the airport pickup service worked perfectly.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, whilst the simple equipped Oceanview Room is spacious enough for two, but I doubt the ocean can be seen nicely on the lower floors.
Overall it depends what are your expectations, if you are looking for a hotel to sleep, have breakfast and spend all day outside for diving, snorkeling, excursions, the hotel may be okay, but it’s a bit pricy for what you get.
But if you are looking for a place to spend your day for relaxing & chilling at the pool / beach, it is definitely not the right place.

Stayed at the Palasia Hotel for almost a week. Transparently stayed in a Junior Suite, which allowed for plenty of space for everyone. The room was clean with fine water temperature and pressure. The Wi-Fi was strong in the room, as was the AC. They had great fitness (gym) facilities. There were numerous cardio machines, along with free weights, a sauna and steam room. Our room included breakfast which had an appropriate amount of variety. Generally there was a mix of hot and cold items and it varied from day to day. There was self-serve laundry for $7.00 (wash and dry inclusive) and many stores/restaurants near by. Definitely would recommend for those visiting Palau.

Headline: adequate but disappointing for the price point. Service: this was the biggest disappointment. Check in and check out times were very strict and inflexible. I arrived early (9:30 am), and they told me I would have to pay to get into the room before 3pm. I declined and stored my luggage, which was appreciated, but fairly standard. When I asked for late checkout, they gave me an extra hour and could not offer later checkout even for a fee, so that I checked out at 1pm, but my flight was not until 2am. Friends at the hotel across the street had complimentary late checkout at 8pm, just saying. Room: the AC wasn't great, and the shower temperature was variable. Clean enough; not pristine. Amenities: Gym was great--lots of different machines and weights. Nice steam showers. The bar was consistently empty and understaffed--the one time I tried to order room service, no one picked up. Breakfast had limited western or vegetarian options--not necessarily a ding, but something to be aware of. The main pool was closed for renovation while I was there, and seating around the smaller pool was very limited and within the "splash zone" of kids playing in the pool.

I was in the dry sauna early one morning and was bitten by a bug that came up out of the wooden planks.
When I opened the door to exit the sauna room, the many roaches fled to hide. I have never seen or experienced this.
Hope there is a way to clean out the bugs because the staff and location have been very good.

We had a wonderful time in Palau, this is a nice Hotel and the staff are very helpful. They helped us book tours to the Rock Islands which were superb. IMPAC tours were excellent, as was coordination with the Palasia Hotel. A very quiet and comfortable place to sleep. The Canoe House pub is just across the road (if you want a range of American beers).
