Heel goed hotel met kinderen. Tui kids club is een aanrader. De gym is goed uitgerust. Er zijn altijd kleine verbeterpunten maar wij hebben ons zo goed vermaakt dat we volgend jaar terug gaan (deden we nog nooit). De kamers zijn groot en goed onderhouden. Ook de schoonmaak is uitstekend. Er is een variëteit aan restaurants. Het eten in het Chinees restaurant kan beter, maar het is er wel goed zitten en zeer goeie bediening. Tijdens het ontbijt was er soms wat weinig personeel om tafels buiten op te ruimen. Maar we waren op vakantie dus was hadden tijd… De service is uitstekend. Ik belde voor badjassen en 5 min later waren ze al op onze kamer. Onze sleutel werkte niet meer. 3 min later hadden we al nieuwe badges in onze kamer. Met een speciale vermelding voor de obers Christopher in het lunch restaurant en Anna Maria lucia aan het ontbijt. Uitstekende medewerkers! Snel, met een glimlach en kindvriendelijk.

Bel établissement. Domaine très vaste, il faut parfois marcher beaucoup en fonction de l’endroit où se trouve votre chambre. Le personnel est très agréable, surtout dans les différents restaurants. Il y a de belles piscines mais malheureusement pas possible de se baigner 🥶, le vent n’arrange rien. Les repas son corrects, les chambres propres et le service est fait tous les jours. Gros point négatif: les boissons. Les cocktails sont infects, les vins et la bière pareils. L’hôtel est plus proche d’un 4 étoile que d’un 5.

We stayed at this beautiful resort for the first two weeks of October this year. What a wonderful place! The hotel and facilities are fantastic. From the several pools to the entertainment, to the multiple restaurant choices and most importantly the fantastic hard working staff that ensure the standards. We really can't fault this place! The food was wonderful - always plenty of choice, fresh and well labelled. The restaurant staff were incredible. Huge shout out to Kathy in the Agean restaurant, Xanthe in the Mythos restaurant, who always made such an effort with the kids and to make us feel welcome. There are two kids clubs here. A hotel run one with the animation team and a TUI run one. Our kids loved Linn at the TUI kids club, Linn made every visit so much fun for them! The entertainment team - I don't even know where to start with singing their praises enough. They work tirelessly to ensure there's things going on to keep all ages entertained throughout the day. The evening entertainment here is just insane. What's also great here is that it didn't feel like "forced fun". When they came around to chat in the day and tell you what was going on there was no pressure sell, and the chats and laughs were great. There are so many pools to choose from, we had our fave and we want to give a huge thank you to Christi and Christina at the bar there. Our kids loved you guys and the mocktails! Last but not least - the entirety of the staff at the hotel were so friendly, helpful and it was evident how hardworking everyone was. We hop you all have a relaxing off season! We had an amazing two weeks, and have booked to return next October. We are already counting down to our next visit 💖

We LOVED this hotel! Transfer - easy took 15 mins! Food - great selection in restaurants and the crepes & waffles were amazing staff always so friendly when serving. cleanliness - spotless Staff - all staff friendly even the cleaners & porters entertainment - tui girls ran a great kids club my son loved it ! The hotel team at night were fantastic the mini disco face painting & a show was great (although could have started a little earlier as little ones get tired). The shows were great and not cheesey. Oh and they did bingo too! You can also do yoga on the beach in the morning. Pools - fantastic size pools but were cold in october but lots of fun in the main pool or you could chillout in others. As the pools were cold we spent most of the time on the beach which was directly next to hotel - lots of sports to watch & although there were rocks on entering water this provided lots of entertainment as my son loved to hunt for crabs! Great pontoon for jumping in the sea & you can swim with fish so get some goggles & snorkels ready! There is an indoor pool which was small but great. Attendant was so lovely & helpful! Would love to go back and I never say that about hotels ! Well done blue lagoon village 10/10 👍🏻

Net terug van vakantie op Kos met onze dochter van 2 met Coeliakie. Het resort regelt alles perfect voor mensen met coeliakie. Elke dag/2 dagen ga je bij de guest relations langs en geef je aan wat je wilt eten. Bij ontbijt oa keus uit brood, pannenkoekje, cupcake, muesli maar ook de producten die van origine al glutenvrij zijn bestel je daar. Want dan zorgen ze dat het helemaal niet in contact kan komen met gluten. Bij aankomst in het restaurant geef je aan welk kamernummer je hebt en dan komen ze het brengen. Bij lunch bijvoorbeeld pizza, patat, brood, vlees(waren) toetjes. En bij diner ook pizza, vlees, pasta en veel meer. Ook de snacks bij de verschillende tentjes op het resort heb je glutenvrije wafels, crepes en ook het ijs halen ze uit een speciale bak. Het is er echt goed geregeld, het spontane gaat er wel een beetje van af maar dat is denk inherent aan Coeliakie.

Super fijne vakantie zonder zorgen. Gelijk aan het strand en de hele dag een overvloed aan eten en drinken. Fijn personeel . Meerdere restaurants om uit te kiezen. En zo ruim dat andere gasten niet zo opvallen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Resort is nice. Staff are generally ok with a few great. Food is appalling. Really exceptionally poor. Poor catering quality (no cooking happening!) and exceptionally poor quality and variety. It’s obviously a very deliberate cost decision. Think school / prison cost per meal budget. I wasn’t expecting much, but with some decent quality vegetables I would have been happy living off of Greek salad but even that was beyond them.

This is my first review in 10 years - it was such an amazing holiday I needed to share it! Family of 4 in a Family room with direct sea views (4404). Fantastic - great room location - quiet but handy for everything. The staff and the service were top drawer - friendly, helpful and always attentive. The resort was immaculate - constantly being cleaned, tidied and kept pristine. A special thanks to all the staff who kept the beers coming! I look forward to returning next year!

We had a wonderful family holiday here at the Blue Lagoon Village. The room was wonderful and spacious, plenty to do for the kids (even without going to the kids club!) The staff were all so friendly and attentive - the resort has a wonderful atmosphere. We saw some disparaging reviews about the food before we arrived however they were completely unfounded. It is excellent all-inclusive food! Especially the Greek cuisine, all utterly delicious.
