Nice hotel in the middle of everything. Clean, new, helpful staff. Breakfast was great, small and cute with a good selection!

Clean and tidy room, bed is comfortable

The hotel is ideally located in the old town just near the pedestrian area. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants in the area. The room was spacious with a very large bed. It was immaculately clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room but unfortunately no milk or creamer. The breakfast was an eclectic mix of items, served in a small but pleasant breakfast room. There is a very nice spa although hours are restricted to 4pm to 9:30pm. The sauna and steam room are also clothes-free, which we hadn’t realised. Next to our room on the second floor were two small terraces with two tables and a sun umbrella, so we took a drink from the bar downstairs and sat there in the sunshine.

The reception and bar staff as superb, the hotel is jn a central location, easy to access and rooms can be accessed by lift or stairs. The breakfast buffet is 5stars - so much choice for continental choice - full English is not a tradition here so please don’t expect black pudding and beans as it’s continental but the food is perfect. The rooms were not cleaned daily - although we are clean, maybe fresh towels on the 3rd day would have been nice. Also we had to ask for pillows. The spa facility was out of action and I was only notified the day before travelling so cancellation was not an option. I would have preferred to know sooner or offered alternative. Would I book again, Kosice yes, this hotel, no sorry

Great hotel in the center of the old town of Košice, great rooms, service, and a fantastic SPA zone with great massages, I recommend the Thai masseuse Jasmine!

This hotel is a great option to be in the old town area of Kosice. Very convenient location. Good breakfast. Clean.

The staff was excellent. I got in early a Polarisnd they watched my bag for a couple of hours so I could explore the city. They also suggested a great place for a traditional Slovakian meal.

Excellent hotel with great location. Friendly staff who were also very professional. Even enjoyed the sauna and plunge pool. Breakfast had a good selection . I would use this hotel again. No problem.

We reserved two rooms for two nights at this hotel. Good points: Location in the centre of the old town Comfortable beds Friendly, helpful staff Decent sized rooms Room for improvement: No shower gel in the bathroom - only “repair” shampoo and hand soap Noisy at night time - music from bar & speeding cars Breakfast - few options for vegetarians and no plant-based milk Breakfast room was extremely small and cramped - with a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Tense and awkward. Bar space & lobby were large but often empty and not used during our stay. Not a 4 star hotel (by Slovakian standards) Expensive for the facilities on offer
