Excellent hotel in a prime central location. The rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is reliable, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is satisfying. We would be happy to stay here again. The only downside - the shower gel and shampoo were of noticeably low quality.

Наверно самый лучший отель в Костанае . Месторасположение - практически самый центр . Номера - огромные по площади , мебель - классика , сантехника - отлично , есть ванна и душевая кабина . Белье , матрас и кровать - позволили отлично выспаться . Шумоизоляция - очень хорошо . Во дворе отеля - хорошая открытая веранда ресторана с живой музыкой , которую выключают в 23 часа , что бы не мешать отдыху . Персонал - отлично ! Чистота - идеально . Что можно улучшить - это завтраки , скудновато … даже очень . Не соответствуют уровню отеля и сервиса . Но отель в целом понравился , поэтому - постараюсь почаще заезжать сюда .

Для бизнес командировки отличный отель, с удобной локацией и просторными номерами. Хороший вид из окон. Так же, понравилась кухня в ресторане. Чем выше номер, тем дольше ждать лифт, так как не отличаются скоростью, но всегда есть лестница…
