We went there to check the availability of an apar**ent; as soon as the guard see us he is asking for us to wear the mask rudely. When I say i will wear it from my car, he told me to stay outside the gate until the mask is worn. I know i have to wear the mask and i was going to wear it. The way he behave be was so rude and the other staff didn’t react on it. That made me made. Its not the way to treat people.

We stayed just one night. Yes, I agree that pick-up and drop-off services are bad. There was no one staff member to assist us in bringing our bags and luggage to the room. We have to find the trolley and push it to the room by ourselves. The floor in our villa was also dirty. There was a lot of dust, and it made the soles of our feet black and dirty, like the floor had never been mopped. The plates and cups are yellowish. We had to buy a new plastic cup for us because the ones in the kitchen were disgusting. There was also a stain on the bed sheet, and lastly, the jacuzzi water was not clean at all and gross. The breakfast was okay. Some foods are tasteless and bland. Overall, they need to improve more on customer service and maintenance.

Stayed at one of the villas. There was no staff to assist us to bring our luggages to the room, had look for the trolley and bring the luggages to the room ourselves. Rooms were not clean and everything was not well-maintained. There was dust everywhere and the bed sheets had stains on them. The jacuzzi works but looks like it's falling apart and can't adjust the temperature of the water. The receptionist was rude and obviously does not care for customer service because of the way she talked to the guests. Had to request for fresh towels (which were not provided in the rooms during check-in) only to receive them at night (they said the towels were still in the laundry). Breakfast was also not good, most of what we ate tasted bland and cheap. As a hotel with such a good location and provides such a beautiful view of the country's jungle and river, it has so much potential. However, the experience was ruined by the customer service, lack of cleanliness and lack of maintenance.
