The check in was smooth. The hotel building is old but kept clean. The location is in walking distance from city centre and not by the main road (much less noise at night).
The room was basic. Wifi works well in room. The A/C power was too low, so I needed to turn on the fan to help. I like the beautiful tiling on the floor. I liked the mattress least.
Overall, it was not bad, but the price I paid was higher than the value you can find in Malaysia.
