Our go to hotel every time in Kota Bharu. The location is strategic, nearby to the city center and Aeon Mall, so it's very convenient to move around. The room is always clean, tidy and up to date. The facilities are great too, there's pool and kid's zone for them to chill and play. There's coffee machine available for each room as well, making it extra special for all guest.

The bed sheets were not clean once. The service was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. The bed sheets had blood stains on the first day. I asked for them to be changed but no one did. They said that the room service was off duty. The bed sheets changed on the second day still had obvious stains. On the third day, the bed sheets still had stains. On the fourth night, in the middle of the night, the flushing pipe of the toilet burst.

Place is strategic but its extremely congested after office hours or morning rush hours.
Breakfast is rather good except the restaurant is not 100% ready at 6.30 as promised. The whole buffet breakfast is ready at about 7am. Replenishing of food is slow. Ala Carte food is extremely salty despite returning of food and they served new ones but the food is still the same saltiness. Sad for that
Parking is a little disappointment because its in an open space car park and no priority is given to hotel guest.
EV charging is located at a very narrow space. After 4 hours of charging is RM10 per hour. For those who needs EV charging, there is a process to go through and waiting for the parking guy to come activate and vacate and space for our car to get into that tiny lot is rather annoying.
