The hotel look old and rundown, with mold in the rooms, dirty shower, blood on pillow cases and sheets.
Broken door that we had to put our luggages against to make sure we do not have intruder during our sleep
Staffs have no clues, they will tell you one price and then you end up with a bill of twice the amount.

good location within the city. Room is spacious with excellent river view. Room furnishing is rather aged and needs updating. PLEASE change to new batch of bath towels.

The place was good enough for our purpose to just sleep as most part of the days we were out. The staff courteousness were excellent: from the ones at the door, to Reception, operator....every one.
We left behind some items; we were promptly informed but since we were already some distance on the way to KL, the items were couriered. The packing was thoughtfully done. Excellent care and service there. Excellent.
We had a good stay. Will be back on 1st June, if there's good special/promotion rate better than others. Because, all we would need is just a bed to sleep in. Otherwise, any other reasonable hotel will do, Insya-Allah
