The staff is polite and well trained. We have buffet breakfast on their rooftop, 7th floor. This offers a panoramic view of the city. The breakfast spread covers local delicacies and western style sausage baked beans and toast. Something for everyone. Our twin room was spacious enough, with tea service, a safe and mini fridge.

If one word can describe this hotel, i would use "old". The gym equipment was bought pre 2010's. Even the treadmill was older than my son. Complimentary breakfast was ok, but no buah potong; i was served with limau CNY.

A very pleasant hotel, with a good buffet breakfast, close to the river and near most sites. The room is small and traffic can sometimes be noisy. It is the staff who make it such an enjoyable experience.
