I had a wonderful stay at Mapple Home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed — ironing facilities, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, TV, heater, WiFi, plates, bowls, pots, cutlery, glasses, pans, an electric stove, and a very comfortable mattress.
The entire area was spotless and well-maintained. Special thanks to the host, Syafini, for being so helpful in answering all my questions and kindly allowing me to check out late at 12 pm.
The sea view was absolutely beautiful and truly healing — I could enjoy the calming view of the ocean right from the bed. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

This home stay is near to the jesselton port and Suria Sabah Mall. Very convenience for traveller who planning the trip to the Island. This home stay can easily get the grab to the jesselton port within few minutes.

First time stay here and felt Satisfied. But housekeeping next time check properly before leave. Especially the fridge, because before guest left an opened plastic glass of avocado juice in the freezer and don't know how long in there, it was smelly and maybe have bacteria in the freezer. Next guest to use the freezer will worry it.

Clean unit. Very thoughtful owner who supplied dish washing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, body soap, sufficient hangers and towel rack. The sea view from the unit is amazing. No musty smell from the toilet. Unit is maintained well.

Check-in was super smooth as the counter was right next to the lift lobby to go up to the apartment. The apartment was well furnished in the kitchen, TV had Netflix and spotify. The location was good for us because my group went diving so it was a short walk to the pier where all the boats/tours are. Furthermore, it's only a short cheap cab ride away to the city center (＜10 mins ride). One thing to note is that the complex is near a highway and there was one night where it was noisy due to motorbikes. The apartment complex had a lot of restaurants and a couple of convenience stores that would suffice. While I did not use any of the complex facilities like the swimming pool or gym, the pool did not look the cleanest and there were construction nearby the pool. Overall, it was a pleasant stay nonetheless.
