I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard Hotel 1Borneo. The service was good, and the place was very clean. During my visit, it was raining, so I enjoyed a relaxing time in my room with my Snowy .

First of all this hotel location is great. Just the hotel lobby and customer service need improvement. The room is moderate and no provide toothbrushes and shower gel. So customer advice to bring by your own and purchase at nearby convenience store or hotel. Overall still good to stay for budget stay. Thank you.

Terrible check in experience. Booked for triple room but being assigned executive room. Wait for half hours then change to triple room. Room with space and mention can add 1 extra bed but refuse to add by hotel manager. Luckily the house keeping department assist to. Room with free parking facility but no parking for us. The toilet bowl also out of order and unable to flush. Very terrible. Not recommend
