The property is rustic and has a charm of it's own. The private pool was secluded, shielded from prying eyes. The amenities were basic but sufficient. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional.
The common area require some care and maintenance but is otherwise accessible.

Been here so many time since i am sabahan but now the service are very bad the room are not clean even kitchen are very sandy and the aircon also broken and we texted but never get a reply even we go to the office still the same

I had a wonderful stay at Borneo Beach Villa with my family. The place was very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the beautiful beach view. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with my loved ones. I would definitely come back again!

The rooms are divided into villa-style and apartment-style. There were just two of us, so we opted for the apartment. The villas come with a private pool, and the back door leads directly to the sea 🌊 (the villa area doesn't have gates or fences, so passersby can walk right in). The apartment has two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms 🛀, a kitchen, a balcony, and a living room 🛋️. The master bedroom has large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for watching the sunrise 🌅, though it was unfortunately raining that day 😢... The soundproofing was terrible; we could feel the vibrations when the neighbors had a party. We happened to be there during their National Day, so the price wasn't cheap either 😶.
