This hotel looks old and far from town. Need to drive about 20mins averagely to reach town. Sometimes will have traffic issues especially during peak hours. This hotel does not guarantee a parking place as this is by first come first serve. Can have a good rest as the bed is comfortable. The morning buffet is quite standard and kids friendly as well

Registration process over the counter was too slow..and i wonder why? I Q at 1.50pm and only got the access card to the room at 4.00 pm. I will definitely wont come here anymore, and will never recommend to others bcos this hotel got no parking lot. Its really big problem to us, guests. Wasting so much time searching...big NO to this hotel. TQ

1. Parking car a bit hard to find m
2. The door knob between living room and bed room was broken
3. No hot water at the bath tub. Called maintenance team but no improvement.
4. Sink was clogged but eventually problem solved after maintenance team come over

Found couple of hairs in the bathroom & smell of urine. need to improve on cleaning services. Breakfast was good with decent chiice.
