Sky Hotel

While the Sky Hotel delivers on space and comfort, a few maintenance and service details keep it from being a seamless experience. On the positive side, the room itself is impressive—spacious, cleanly kept, and equipped with a wonderfully cold air-conditioning unit that keeps the space perfectly chilled. The bed is exceptionally comfortable as well, guaranteeing a great night's rest. However, we ran into a frustrating issue right at the start when we couldn't enter our room due to a weak, dying battery in the door lock after a night and this happened after we had breakfast the next day. Beyond the lock malfunction, the remaining amenities are a bit of a mixed bag. The breakfast spread is fairly basic; it is decent enough to fill you up in the morning, but the quality and variety are strictly average. On-site parking is free, which is a great perk, though finding a spot can turn into quite a challenge if the hotel is booked at full capacity. Overall, it remains a decent option for a comfortable, cool, and roomy stay, provided you don't mind a few operational rough edges.

The room is big, looks like a 2 bed condo unit, the bed is big. There are 3 ACs, one in the sala/kitchen and 1 each in the 2 rooms. But it is not well maintained. It needs some renovation. It has a lot of potential if only it’s maintained. There were some cracks, chipped portions on the cabinets, etc. Needs some repainting as well. The food is decent.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, which was a lovely surprise! We’re not sure if it was because the hotel wasn’t able to prepare our original room on time or for another reason, but either way, we’re very grateful and thankful for the upgrade. I booked two different rooms under two separate bookings, so unfortunately, we didn’t get both rooms on the same level—one was on Level 6 and the other was on Level 14. But it wasn’t a big issue for us, and we still enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious, although the hotel does look a little dated. That said, everything was working perfectly fine—the air conditioning, TV, iron, hairdryer, etc. Considering the price, I think it was reasonable and good value for money. The breakfast was okay as well. There could probably be more variety, but for a simple breakfast, it was perfectly fine.

Nice location. Fairly good breakfast. Nice dinning area. Rooms are big. However aircons are old. Bed and mattresses are acceptable but time to refurbish.

This hotel is very basic indeed and not really suitable for people who like a tidy and clean space. The location is between very busy roads and one needs to take a cab even for very short distances. The flats are spacious but old and cleanliness is not really there. I would definitely not return to this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quite nice actually! I stayed in the studio room and really liked the layout. There’s a cooking area, a living room with TV, and the sleeping area is nicely separated with a partition. The toilet was also clean. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of choices, but what was available was tasty. Overall, quite a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely consider staying here again when I’m in KK.

The staff are good they listen but i. The begining there was so explanation about extra costs like water or towels. If you want your towels changed you have to say tower exchange not new towels for water they did not say they had a water despenser soo i. The beginign we had to but water until the next morning we went for breakfast and found it. The sofa was really dirty as well with the inside of the pillows. We went with 3 kids 2 adults staying theres for comfort was ok but the sofa and explanation of how to use this hotel was horrible. As well for check out theyvsaid we were all good no extra fees i asked 3 times but the next day they re contacted us through trip. Com and said we had un paid charges which i have sent an email about other all the swimming pool was good and clean just the other small things could bother you
