Booked the stay for the parents Second time stay Reason being Location: centre of the heart, close to everywhere Reasonable price Big room Big bed Big toilet

I like the location of the hotel very strategic. Near malls, food & and convenient stores which every turn you go however I was disappointed with the check in service. It says 2pm check in but by the time I was there it wasn't ready yet. I have to wait 30 minutes more 😒 I hope the hotel staff follow up with the housekeeping so other travellers won't experience the same situation as I am.

I don’t think this is a 3 star hotel…. The room was minimal. Yellowish towels. Shower that was not separated from toilet and sink. Not suitable for children… located next to a mall with jollibees. The staffs were nice and helpful though.

Hotel is budget type but just pay what you get. Great location with a lot of pub surrounding.

The room is behind the hotel whereby u need to climb to staircase to the elevator. Queen room was quite bad. Twin was better. Pillow too thick so neck uncomfortable and literally no wifi

Wonderful stay at ease hotel,it was convenient place and location which makes travelling around kk town is easier and near to door distance to CP mall
