Overall good, just the toilet and bathroom is outside the room. They will send instruction for self check in via whatapps, details of how to get there also clearly informed via video taken. Chill environment and friendly staff there. Their counter staff only available there at office hour, before 5pm.

Hard to locate at first as lift to hotel is on the inside. Had to call them although it is self checkin as booking number is not working. Overall room is great and cosy.

I loveeeee everything about this hotel! A bit hard to find at first, maybe I didn’t see the signboard because it’s night or something… hmm.. but I Love the fact that i can check in without a receptionist, I love the room decor, I was impressed by the shower machine 😂 I love that the tv can be moved, I love that all buttons are reachable from the bed, I love the barber concept! At first I thought it’s a bit tacky, but coming inside, I love itttt! Have booked botanist room to stay in a few days 🙈 excited to try other rooms!

In order to catch an early flight, I chose an airport close to the hotel. It turned out to be really close. It was right opposite the airport runway. It was very noisy! ! ! At night you can clearly hear the sound of planes taking off and the sounds of cars on the road. It is a hostel, not a hotel. When I arrived, I couldn't find the location. I asked people around to find the entrance. There is no obvious sign on the first floor of the hotel‼ ️Kind people helped guide me from the elevator next to the restaurant to the 5th floor of the front desk. Check-in was completed by calling customer service. There were no staff around, so everything had to be done by yourself.

For the first time I went to Sabah on a solo trip and the hotel was comfortable and quiet without being disturbed by people even though the toilet was outside the room but it was still safe..

This hotel is self-check-in after 17:00 There is no note about this matter on the Internet A small problem encountered that day was the check-in machine I don't know why the one I booked can't be used Fortunately, I called the customer service at that time, and they helped me out immediately. There is also a good handle on this matter If you are not a friend from a local country, I also said that it is recommended to check in before 17:00, because if you need to deal with the phone, you need to use WhatsApp, which personally feels troublesome

Arrived late and used cheap. Cleanliness and soundproofing are just as good as the price level. You have to check in at an unmanned kiosk at late hours, but it can be difficult to operate. Would recommend other hotels in the city even if they are a bit more expensive

The staff was very kind helping us navigate the check in. The “king and twin” room was very spacious. There were local options for eating around as well as conscience stores. Great for our one night stay before our flight the next morning.
