Excellent service and clean room provided. I had requested the room type in advance and happy that staff able to arrange for that somemore with connection room and all the rooms at the same floor with sea view !
Nice baggage deposit service after check out cause we arrange island hopping and able to take a shower from the swimming pool shower room before we depart to our next destination.
Will visit again !

Spacious room, a service apartment setup with very nice location. Many restaurants within 500m radius. Nice scenery from the balcony.

Mercure was the only place that offered affordable 2 bedroom apartment during golden week rush. Found the place abit aged with wear and tear everywhere. Arrived around 2pm, but was told that we have to wait for 1 hour with a cranky baby. Had to let him sleep in a stroller in the lobby...
Parking is limited, and you have to pay it to the local council via an app.
Walls were super thin, and could hear everything all night. The AC was cold and showers were hot, but if not for business, will not stay again..

首先…我有3個預訂…是連續入住的…酒店不僅沒有幫我合併預訂…並後續告知我預訂被取消了…6晚的入住衹住了兩晚就要被迫換酒店…其次…房間是有柱子的…另一邊上床非常不方便！最後…清潔房間時…連客人用過的東西都不及時更換新的…總之~這次的入住讓我失望了…希望後續改進！否則會很影響我對這個品牌的印象…

Excellent place to stay! So near to gaya street and jesselton jetty and suria mall is so near! Has a supermarket right downstairs as well! The room was very clean and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming! Absolutely loved our stay here! Probably only thing tt can improve is the gym, its still good but can definitely improve. Other than that, have nothing but good things to say about this hotel 👍

無比糟心的酒店，衞生可以做得這麼差，也是無誰了，就跟中國的招待所一樣。
第一天入住就2個腳印，我帶着2個小孩，也沒有房間可以換，衞生基本上就是給你把垃圾倒了，床重新疊一下，桌面地板沒有搞過。
就是離景點近，沒有然後其他優點！
攜程應該把這個酒店降級，就是個招待所標準
