環境：位置很好，酒店後面就是網紅大茄來，海鮮很棒！去加雅街也不遠，走着就去了。樓頂泳池不錯！
服務：着重説下服務：入住前發郵件諮詢提前到達如何解決，酒店沒有回覆，打電話過去諮詢，前台説到了再説，看情況。等我27號早上八點到了，説要額外付費507，我太困了想着等於鐘點房吧，迷迷糊糊付了，忘了匯率的問題，進房間才發現比我去攜程定一晚還貴好幾十塊，休息幾個小時而已，如果電話時候前台告訴我不能提前入住，我就直接在攜程多訂一天或者定其他提供休息室的酒店了（香格里拉還有其他酒店提供可以洗澡的休息室），退房的時候，因為要交10塊錢的税，溝通不是特別順暢，旁邊有一個會中文的前台，就衹是幫着插了一句話解釋一下什麼意思，明明知道我們是中國人説中文，那為什麼就不能直接提供中文服務或者調換一下服務員呢？對我們那個態度，好像她衹是來幫我們的，而我們不是來消費的！晚上去頂樓泳池，韓國人在裏面嬉戲打鬧，撲騰的水都溢出池子了，也沒人管，希爾頓真的不配五星，這服務無法好評，以後不會再來了。
設施：大堂挺帥的，看起來有五星的範兒。

兩張1.8米大床在哪？要不是房間本身還不錯，我準備打低分了，特意三大一小入住選兩個1.8米床，結果變一大一小了，小床估計也就1.35米。續住一天後一共兩天，中文前台也沒見到過。麻煩攜程以後發佈訊息核實清楚。

샴프와 바디젤 충전을 요청했는데 시간이 너무 오래걸렸고 2번이나 직접가서 요청했습니다. 아마도 방 청소할때 확인하지 않았던것같은데…하지만 즉시 조치가 잘않되서 불편했습니다.
