how do you want to give full stars if the hotel can't sleep right away, due to the late check-in at 12 o'clock from seoul back to kota kinabalu it took a while in front of the counter there was no one

the worst budget hotel I've ever stayed in. location is okay. parking is difficult. dusty dirty room. friendly staff👍🏻 but the price for me is not worth the stay. The toilet floor is slippery. fate x fell. The pillow is hard and lumpy. My neck hurts when I sleep. The TV broadcast is crazy. It's really bad. not recommended! Pictures are irrelevant because I'm too lazy to take pictures. Good luck booking 1 night only. My son is also not comfortable. this hotel is rotten okay.

Very rude receptionist on 5/3/23 , scream at me since issue earlier . Defect with all the equipment and bed dirty , Untill I need cancel next day and shift to another hotel . No proper feedback from trip too . Very poor service

Great location but lack of parking space. The room that I got unfortunately not clean and have army of ants. The shower head is broken so the water is splashing everywhere. The bathroom door can’t be locked cause got no door knob. You get what you paid for.
