Very Clean Room, best front desk staff, very good waiting area, easy to go anywhere by walking and have delicious food for dining in and room service.

The overall stay is pleasant. As its quite an old hotel, there might some stains on certain areas. Anyhow there is no strange odor or funny sound during my stay. Bed is comfy. Location is superb. There is a cafe outside the hotel.

Everything is good , especially the staff . BUT pls give us a better hair dryer. We deserve a better hair dryer by paying this price . The Aircond is superb

First off, a shout-out for the great location – facing the sea, right next to Mankali, and very close to Imago. The hotel itself is quite large, but a bit dated. There were some basic issues with water and electricity; the shower water pressure fluctuated and sometimes there was no hot water. Breakfast wasn't very good. However, overall it's still decent value for money.

We stayed here for two nights on a family trip. The location was excellent; we could walk to shopping malls and restaurants, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The room, pool, and gym were kept clean, making for a comfortable stay. While we felt the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, overall, we were very satisfied and consider this hotel to offer great value for money. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kota Kinabalu.

I come here every year. The rooms are spacious. Everything is fine. It's close to shops. A strategic location.

The lobby is impressive, and the rooms are decent, not bad at all. Quite a few Chinese guests stay here. The location is great, not far from the airport, the beach, and Gaya Street. Personally, I think it offers good value for money at this price point.

Perfectly located Hotel, close to all facilities. Room good size, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Buffet Breakfast daily was excellent. Staff service exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.

This was my third time staying at the Kaseh Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, and I brought my mother along for a trip. As always, the stay was incredibly satisfying! Service: The front desk staff were warm and helpful, offering check-in services in both Chinese and English. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of dishes that my mother particularly enjoyed. When cleaning the room, they always replenished necessary disposable items and even helped tidy up clothes on the bed and toiletries in the bathroom, which was very thoughtful. Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning service. Environment: The location is extremely convenient. Taking a Grab to city attractions is always within a ten-minute drive, making it easy to get to Sutera Harbour for island hopping and Gaya Street. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's only about a ten-minute Grab ride from the airport, so there's no need to wake up extra early to catch a flight. Getting around to and from the hotel is very convenient. Facilities: As always, the facilities are complete. You can take hotel towels with you for island hopping and snorkeling, just remember to return them. There are plenty of drying racks, perfect for hanging clothes. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Hope to see Kota Kinabalu again next time!

Overall a good hotel with good service, but my room with some defects, one of the bed lamps and bathroom light were broken. There is a Japanese restaurant for dining.

Always my best hotel choice in KK. Perfect sunset view from room, no need to get any hustle for a relaxed view from room. Close vicinity to most places and not too crowded.

I arrived at the hotel late at night after my flight. Check-in was smooth, but I was assigned a room with a connecting door, which might be a bit unsettling if you're traveling alone. I only chose this place as a one-night stopover before moving to the Marriott tomorrow. The picture is of the Marriott.

Always stay here but sometime will get the clean room, sometime will get the dirty room. The bathroom got stain, the carpet smelly. If get the newly renovated room all good.
