Overall ok. Perfect location. However, there is no toothbrush, toothpaste and shoe provided as per other compatible hotel. There is no enough power point provided in the room. The aircon temperature cannot be adjusted and there is only 3 room lights in the room and it is too yellowish. Not suitable for whoever who wants to work in the room. Breakfast is reasonable. WiFi is good. Maybe the hotel need some upgrade in the future. Other than this I have no other comment.

I have spent a total of 8 nights here in two stays. I will return when I am back in the area. Convenient walking distance to many places in KK.

It’s an old hotel but excellent location in the center of the city, close to market places, next to a big mall. Service is good. Breakfast is so so.

Nice view from room..tp agak susah jgak nak dapat public parking kalo bawa kreta..kena bayar RM15/day kalo nak dpat parking hotel.

This hotel is just good for a short trip and srrounding to many attraction places, just to remind make sure the receiptionist have standard service not just good service for foreigner but for local as well, every customer must get the standard and fair services.

very great to stay and enjoy the overall stay here. The only thing is the breakfast is too simple but delicious.
