前台服務不錯，可以行李寄存
環境不錯，有浴缸，衞生還比較乾淨，但是空調是壞的，打了電話給前台，座機聲音又小嘰裏呱啦聽不清，講半天説是空調動機壞了，要求換房，説換房空調也修不好。請了維修師傅來，師傅又説要修一小時，入住已經十點半，酒店意思就是要麼你等着我修完再睡要麼別修了……
此外強調一下，這個酒店要求100馬幣按金！！！當時我們第二天早上的飛機飛離亞庇手上現金不夠，被迫十一點冒雨去對街銀行ATM換。匯率不好手續費還高，50馬幣光手續費扣了十二塊多，加上八十幾本金快一百人民幣了

The surprise thing was - we received a hospitality note from the room cleaner. For a hotel which is not a 5star hotel, it was a 5 star service that we received. It feels good to read the note.

Always my preferred choice when staying in kota kinabalu. Everything seems perfect, nice surroundings, cheerful staffs and delicious breakfast.

Facing problems with toilet door, suddenly locked from inside, refrigerator not functioning, and ordered beef burger the patty was so chewy. Need to improve on the facilities and also on the foods.

設施：設施比較老舊，但是空調尤其冷！！！真的太冷了，完全調不了氣温，住了三個晚上差點沒把我凍感冒😷
衞生：乾淨的
環境：位置很便利，但是靠近大馬路，有點吵。距離遊客區挺近的，走路打車都很方便，性價比比較高。
服務：服務比較到位，迴應很及時

Great value for money option. The hotel was very kind in acceding to my request for a good room allocation. The housekeepers and nice and take pride in their jobs. Everything about this hotel deserves a solid 4 stars at the time of writing. It’s actually a great hard product due to their recent refurbishment. I would say 70% of the room seems to have undergone refurbishment except for the bathrooms. But the whole room was spotlessly clean anyway. Air conditioning was very fresh and cold. No odors whatsoever. Service was lacking. The receptionist was visibly overwhelmed with work. Just Don’t open the room directory and expect them to provide the services in there in the biggest nonsense page I’ve ever seen in a hotel. You’ll be fine. I would say that i quite enjoyed my stay here despite coming in with little expectations.

Very helpful staff..The lobby is well renovated. Clean room and soundproof is good. The room floor laminated, big screen TV and the cool bathtub for relaxing soak after busy day.
