The price/performance ratio is very average. The beach is full of Chinese people who come to check in and take photos. If you like peace and quiet, don’t choose this place.

提前一個月預訂的海景房，定的是標間，看我們帶娃，還給了個家庭房，視野真不錯，6月底到的，就是酒店的遊客比較多，主打就是親子，早餐不用查房卡，直接進，果汁都是鮮榨的，服務態度也很好。做了個酒店的SPA，私密性很好，600大洋。酒店有自己的碼頭，這個對帶娃家庭很友好，還有樹蜥，很不錯！日落超棒！

The front desk can speak Chinese. They are warm and polite. You can see the sea from the room terrace. If the weather is good, you can also see the sunset. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety. Next time I come to Kota Kinabalu, I will choose Shangri-La~

I stayed there five years ago and found the equipment to be outdated and there was no major renovation, which did not match the rating.

To be honest, I don't think it's worth the price. The facilities are not new. The biggest complaint is that the water pressure is unstable when it rains. It's sometimes hot and sometimes cold, sometimes loud and sometimes soft. It's uncomfortable to take a shower. The flip-flops in the room are even a bit slippery... The room is quite large, with a balcony and a capsule coffee machine, nothing special. The beach is very small, the sea water is turbid, not good-looking, and there are many small stones and shell fragments, which are very prickly. Our children who like to play in the water and dig sand are not interested in this beach... The large swimming pool is not small, and it is divided into several areas according to depth. The children's pool is very small (similar to a hot spring pool), and the children play more in the diving area. There are few water entertainment facilities, three slides, and a large bucket. You need to register the room number for water balls, and you can only play once in a room (5 water balls), which is not fun... The ground in the swimming pool area is very prickly, and it hurts to walk barefoot. The weather has been bad recently, and I can't see the legendary sunset. There are people on the shore, haha, and the ice cream is really good. We arrived at about 12 o'clock, and we were given a king-size bed room for early check-in. The front desk lady can speak Chinese and is very nice. You can give or not give a deposit. If you give, the hotel expenses can be directly deducted from the deposit. If you don't give a deposit, you can use a credit card or WeChat Alipay, but you can't pay in cash. The breakfast is good, with many varieties and good taste. There are many birds outside.
