設施：酒店設施挺新的 應該是重新翻修過 但沒有特殊的氣味 房間裏面都是清香的
衞生：打掃的很乾凈 沒有一點雜質
環境：環境很不錯 房間也很隔音 但是靠近主街那邊的話 玻璃窗就不怎麼隔音了
服務：服務挺不錯的 在這邊住了兩天
這邊延遲退房的話 我四個小時九十馬幣 吸煙區在酒店外面 也挺友好地 樓下超市和便利店都有 餐廳也很多 不用擔心做不到吃的
運氣很好 看到了很美的日落

I've been coming back to Cititel Express KK over and over again. The rooms are nicely appointed and love that you can cast your devices on the Smart TV. Amenities are adequately provided and staff are always welcoming and friendly. Welcome seafood is just a stone's throw away so it Borenos Fried Chicken. 2 must try in KK.

位置很好，安靜，第二次預訂，幾年前也住這，好像重新裝修了，房間較小但也夠住。周圍吃的很多，基本可以付款寶微信付款。

This hotel is located at the KK city centre, it's very conveniece for hanging around the city centre. The nearest shopping mall is Centre Point, the Imago Shopping Centre also conveniece access by order grab to pick. Overall this hotel is good and suitable for traveller looking for conveniece access to city centre surroundings.
