I had an excellent stay at Ming Garden Hotel & Residences for my recent business trip. The hotel hits the mark on all fronts—the location is strategic for getting around, and the service was incredibly efficient and welcoming. My room was spotless and very comfortable for working. 早餐選擇少，量也少，設施老舊，床單毛巾挺乾淨~下單的訂單每晚有贈送咖啡，在這住了好幾天都沒去喝過，今晚去前台一個男的馬來人問説券給完了讓我要喝去花錢買？？？是搞笑嗎,你沒券是你們內部問題，本來就是贈送的還要我花錢買，這是你們解決問題的方式？服務非常差！

Had a pleasant stay for a short business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities were complete, especially the gym which was convenient and clean. Location is also strategic with easy access to nearby restaurants and conveniences. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely consider staying here again for future work trips.

The building is rather old, and the air conditioner was quite noisy. On my first night, I was given a room facing the expressway, which made it difficult to sleep due to the traffic noise. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful and promptly arranged a room change for me. The new room was much quieter, and I finally had a comfortable night’s rest. Breakfast was just average, mainly simple Malaysian dishes
