Its a good stay. Front desk are helpful and gave a clear instructions on what we need. The minus point: even you’re a guest in the hotel, you still need to pay for the parking. You’re required to pay rm100 for security deposit. The bathroom is clean but there is a visible mold as well. Breakfast is ok.

Booked this hotel for Marathon event at PADANG BANDARAN DBKK Kota Kinabalu. This hotel only a stone throw away from the event that I enrolled. Oposite is famous and popular ***A STREET. Hotel are clean and I love the Reception and Restaurant staffs. Friendly and are excellent. They have breakfast which is adequate to fill your hungry stomach. The BREAKFAST NEED IMPROVEMENT. Lacking the choices of FRUITS and Bread Rolls. They do have cakes but providing a few extra bread rolls and fruits won't harm the restaurant budget. HOWEVER THIS HOTEL I FULLY RECOMMENDED to everyone or and travellers. This hotel toilet is also MUSLIM FRIENDLY. THE WATER SPRAY Pressure ARE STRONG. NICE. ****FRIENDLY REMINDER, this hotel charge for Parking Fees which is RM5 only during my one night stay with family.

Good hotel located within city centre and convenient to go every where you want. Room is big size and comfortable. There is swimming pool and lounge can be used. For breakfast, it is buffet but variety is limited. Overall, it is a good stay for me.

Location, strategic 👍👍👍👍👍 However, I hate it when hoteliers collect deposit, I'm cashless type so need to go to bank to withdraw some 🥲 Parking is a issue, not systematic.👎👎👎👎 Upon check in not clearly informed about parking system, guest need to pay RM5. Upon check out ticket to be collect at parking then need to go lobby for stamp then only can pay RM5. They put QR code but claimed 'offline', must be cash. Nowadays, we prefer cashless. Take note.

Hotel is located in the city center.. Easy access to shopping center and eatery. Grand and luxury hotel.

Unreal service ! Very clean and everything worked like it was suppose to work .

When i checked in at the conter, there's a water fell down from the ceiling. I believe it was from the unmaintained aircond. I was shocked because my first impression was a bit down already. They should fix problem like that immediately since it affect their costumer. It was an overall pleasant stay. The location is 5/5 in the center of the city. Everything is in walking distance. You can hop in to any local coffee shop within the area, or local business area such as the popular Filipino's market and ***a Street weekend market. Breakfast was okay, worth to pay. There's a variety choice of foods and the changed the main menu everyday too! It was tasty. But drinks, there's lack of choice especially for kids whom loves choc drinks. I hope they can serve milo or hot choc next time. The room cleanlines was okay. The room that they gave was the old not renovated one, facing city area. There's a smell came from the toilet which it was quite disturbing. I don't know what caused the smell, but the room smell a bit like old furniture as well. Will i stay again next time? Yeah, maybe.

Room was nice,clean with basic amenities although the interior is a bit old with the wallpaper looking like it will tear🤭🤭🤭🤭but with the nice location & easy excess to everywhere around kk town makes it absolutely brilliant

Stayed at room 1120 comfy bed and huge bathroom. Near shower wall got yellowish stains yuckss… shampoo and shower gel no standard with green colour looks like dishwash gel colour😪the smell also not very nice. Shampoo keep on dripping on the floor till tomorrow all empty. Got bleed on my chin cuts from shower head i think the silver color thing peeled off and its damn sharp. Forgot to take picture. Side table lamp looks old too can see all the rusty. Hope management please do some upgraded
