Tuala mandi, iron, kettle kena minta.. coupons breakfast pun kena minta di kaunter pendaftaran time breakfasts(hari kejadian) dan bawa ke cafe.. sepatutnya bg terus time check in kan mudah sekali kerja.. atau d kaunter cafe ada senarai nama bilik yg ada breakfast kan mudah kerja. Tukang masak telur (pompuan muka mcm cina2 tua2 sikit )tak mesra pelangan. Muka masam dan mcm nk marah bila customer minta buatkan telur. Saya perhati jer customer lain minta pun dia mcm nk marah customer ..period kot time tu..prasanka baik..😁

Pros:
- The room is spacious..
- A ceiling fan is a plus ❤️!
- The breakfast is worth the price..
- Staff is friendly
Cons:
- Outdated bathroom with no bidet!
- Lighting too minimal in the room
- Iron upon request
- Amenities not much
- The changing room and locker for the sauna is in a bad condition

Our experience at this hotel wasn’t pleasant. Tried calling the room service & housekeeping several times, but no response. Requested for our room to be cleaned, but the housekeeping only made the beds. The towels weren’t changed. Only one tower for shower was provided. Asked for bathtub plug and the toilet area to be cleaned, but our request was not met. Location was fine. Parking was ample. However, the above mentioned events made our stay less pleasant.

Pihak hotel perlu mengembalikan semula perkhidmatan seperti yang pernah diberikan 4 - 5 tahun sebelum ini. Contoh perkara remeh yang diabaikan tetapi memberi kesan langsung kepada keselesaan penginap termasuklah remote TV yang tidak berfungsi, kawalan kipas yang tidak dapat mengawal kelajuan kipas, pengelap kaki tidak diberikan walaupun sudah diminta dan beberapa perkara kecil yang lain. Diharapkan situasi sebegini dapat diperbaiki kerana hotel ini sentiasa berpontesi untuk menawarkan penginapan dan pengalaman yang tip top.
