Had a perfect stay in Luma KK. The room was clean, spacious, new. Bed is super comfy!!! Check in was smooth, friendly and helpful staffs. Location was good Opposite Imago shopping center, and there is conveniece store and restaurants at the same row of the hotel. Highly recommend to stay here. The only cons was there is loud noise banging door in the morning (guess coming from the room beside) and caused us awake.

The newest large hotel in kk is also clean and clean. Overall, it feels good.

We spent 1 great night here. The room we booked is sooooo aesthetic, spacious, and clean. I love the room design and the bed is so comfortable. It actually huge and can fit 3 persons. U guys should tried their great coffee too. Service are awesome, buffet breakfast are great and delicious. I'll give 10⭐ for this hotel and it is REPEATABLE. Surely we will come back again.

The room is very spacious and clean, and the staff here was amicable, genuine, and helpful! The hotel is located near to lots of restaurants.

Was upgraded to Eden Deluxe room. Very spacious, can sleep up to 4 people. Location is good with restaurants around, and walking distance to a shopping mall nearby. Not located in the old town centre. Breakfast was sustainable.

Great place for late night flight or early morning flight. Clean comfortable and good value for the price. I would stay here again.

Back to nature hotel. Clean and very friendly staff. Conveniently located within close proximity to Imago shopping mall. Lots of eateries and convenience shops surrounding the hotel.

I love the hotel. It's new and good service. There are spa at reasonable prices downstairs. I will visit again for sure.

The front desk manager is super friendly and helpful. But one of the staff lady at front desk is unfriendly and no smile at all also not very helpful. It’s spoil the entire experience to have such service!

The LUMA hotel is located near the airport, shopping malls and beautiful beaches. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and the room is very big and clean.

Very instagramable boutique hotel. For a family of 4 the room with 2 queen size beds was the best option for us. The room is thoughtfully designed whereby the bathroom is separated into 3 areas. Would definitely stay here again if I were to visit KK again
