Very clean room, excellent support and response from Adrijana. Facility and window view are are great. Hard to find the hotel at first. Need to meet up the staff at the reception to guide to the hotel. Always worth checking email for procedures on first time visitors

We loved our stay it was so close to the airport the shuttle was right on time and our room was lovely would stay again !!

The hotel does not have any sign on the street, and no one knows where it is. I asked three local people to call for me, finally met with the manager in another hotel. The hotel provided no help on parking. We had to park outside the town. “It was only 15 minutes walk “, however, people always forget something in the car. If you multiply 15 minutes with 4 or 6 times, then you would know how painful it was. It took me more than three hours to settle down. Soon we found out that heating in the room didn’t work. I had to walk a few streets to the office to get help. The staff was nice to come and check, but didn’t solve the problem. Although she promised to follow up, but no matter how many messages we sent, nothing happened, and we had to suffer the cold weather the whole night.

Big disappointment! Booked apartment was not available. Alternative was far away from what we booked. Motivation was upgrade😉 After one night we left, refund for 2nd night is organised.
